Equipment Needed:

Dough Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups warm water (110°F)
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
Filling Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 lb large pepperoni slices
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
Egg Wash:
- 1 large egg (beaten with 1 tbsp of water)
Instructions:
Making the Dough:
- In a bowl, whisk together warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Shape the dough into a ball, place it in a greased bowl, and coat all sides with oil. Cover and let rise for 1 1/2 hours or until doubled in size.

Assembling the Stromboli:
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
