
🥩 Garlic Butter Steak & Zucchini Noodles 🥒

This quick and flavorful dish brings together juicy steak strips, tender zucchini noodles, and a garlicky butter sauce — all done in under 30 minutes!
🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley & lemon slices, for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak strips until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside. - In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the zucchini noodles and gently toss in the garlic butter for 2–3 minutes until just tender (don’t overcook!).
- Return the steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately!
