🥩 Garlic Butter Steak & Zucchini Noodles 🥒

This quick and flavorful dish brings together juicy steak strips, tender zucchini noodles, and a garlicky butter sauce — all done in under 30 minutes!


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley & lemon slices, for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Sear the steak strips until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the zucchini noodles and gently toss in the garlic butter for 2–3 minutes until just tender (don’t overcook!).
  5. Return the steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately!

💡 Quick Tips:

  • Want it creamier? Add a splash of heavy cream or grated Parmesan at the end.
  • No spiralizer? Use store-bought zucchini noodles.
  • Perfect for keto or gluten-free diets!
