👨🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Meat “Crusts”
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix all the crust ingredients until well combined.
Divide in half and press into two greased round pizza pans.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until fully cooked.
Drain off excess grease and set aside.
2. Assemble the First “Burger Pizza”
- Start with one cooked meat “crust”.
- Layer half the crumbled beef and sautéed onions.
- Add optional toppings like pickles, lettuce, or tomatoes.
- Layer on half the cheddar slices.
- Spread half the burger sauce over the cheese.
- Add half the pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle with half the mozzarella.
- Finish with half the pepperoni.
3. Repeat on the Second Crust
Build the second pizza the same way on the second meat base.
4. Stack ‘Em!
Carefully place one assembled burger pizza on top of the other, forming one massive stacked pizza tower.
5. Bake the Beast
Return to the oven for 20–30 minutes, until the top is golden, bubbly, and irresistible.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing (trust us — it’s a juicy one!).
