  • 54 g (2 tbsp / 1.9 oz) honey
  • 250 ml (1.25 cups / 8.4 fl oz) milk

For the Topping:

  • 130 g (4.6 oz) milk chocolate, chopped
  • 35 ml (2 tbsp / 1.2 fl oz) vegetable oil (adds shine + smoothness)

Optional Decoration:

  • 25 g (0.9 oz) milk chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
  • 20 g (0.7 oz) pistachios, finely chopped

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Mix the Base

In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits, chopped pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, coconut flakes, cocoa powder, and cinnamon. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.

2. Bind It Together

Pour in the melted butter, honey, and milk. Stir until the mixture is moist, thick, and holds together when pressed — like a chunky dough.

3. Shape & Press

Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper. Spoon in the mixture and press it down firmly and evenly using the back of a spoon or spatula.
