🛒 Ingredients:
For the Meatloaf:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground pork (optional, but adds juiciness)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan and set aside. - Sauté the Veggies:
