Healthy Avocado Chicken Salad 🥑🍗
Fresh, creamy, and packed with protein — this salad is your new go-to for a light, satisfying lunch!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro or parsley (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder or fresh minced garlic

🥗 How to Make It

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed avocado, lime juice & yogurt.
  2. Stir in chicken, onion, tomatoes, cucumber & herbs.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic if desired.
  4. Serve on greens, in a wrap, or as a sandwich.

Meal prep tip: Store in the fridge for up to 2 days. It may brown slightly, but it’ll still taste amazing!
