  • 1 cup diced pineapples (fresh or canned โ€“ drained)

  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional โ€“ for thickening sauce)

1. Make the Sauce:

In a bowl, whisk together:
BBQ sauce + soy sauce + brown sugar + garlic + ginger.
