  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
  • 1 cup diced pineapples (fresh or canned – drained)
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional – for thickening sauce)

🍲 Instructions:

1. Make the Sauce:

In a bowl, whisk together:
BBQ sauce + soy sauce + brown sugar + garlic + ginger.

Place ribs in your slow cooker, pour the sauce over them, and top with diced pineapples.
