- 1 cup diced pineapples (fresh or canned โ drained)
- ยฝ cup barbecue sauce
- ยผ cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional โ for thickening sauce)

1. Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together:
BBQ sauce + soy sauce + brown sugar + garlic + ginger.
