📋 Ingredients:
- 500g (1 lb) beef steak (e.g. sirloin, flank, or ribeye), thinly sliced against the grain
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame oil, sliced green onions for garnish

- Marinate the Beef:
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Let it marinate for at least 15–20 minutes (up to 1 hour in the fridge for deeper flavor).
- Sear the Beef:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the beef (in batches if needed) and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the Veggies:
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil.
- Sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add sliced onions and bell peppers.
