450 g prawns (peeled and cleaned)

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips

1 cup broccoli florets
½ cup cashews
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
