Ingredients
For the Steak:
- 2 ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Creamy Fettuccine:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Grill the Steak
- Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub steaks with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness.
- Remove from heat and let the steaks rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips or bite-sized pieces.
2. Cook the Fettuccine
- Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until it begins to thicken.
- Stir in Parmesan and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Combine & Serve
- Toss the cooked fettuccine into the cream sauce until fully coated.
- Plate the pasta and top with sliced grilled steak.
- Garnish with parsley.
