Ingredients

For the Steak:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Fettuccine:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Grill the Steak

  • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub steaks with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness.
  • Remove from heat and let the steaks rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips or bite-sized pieces.

2. Cook the Fettuccine

  • Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

3. Make the Cream Sauce

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until it begins to thicken.
  • Stir in Parmesan and fresh thyme. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Combine & Serve

  • Toss the cooked fettuccine into the cream sauce until fully coated.
  • Plate the pasta and top with sliced grilled steak.
  • Garnish with parsley.
