🛒 Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced beef
- 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp hoisin or teriyaki sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
