Quick, flavorful, and perfect for a weeknight dinner! This rice bowl combines tender beef, colorful peppers, and savory sauces over a warm bed of rice. 😋

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced beef
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin or teriyaki sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
