
Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks

Think warm, garlicky, cheesy breadsticks… now stuff them with juicy beef and stretch-worthy cheese. Yes, it’s as good as it sounds! 😋
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced cooked steak or beef tips
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional for a spicy twist)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt, to taste
- Marinara sauce or queso for dipping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly. - Roll out the dough:
On a floured surface, roll your pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. - Brush with garlic oil:
Mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush generously over the surface of the dough. - Layer the cheese and beef:
Sprinkle on the Parmesan and half of the provolone/mozzarella. Evenly layer the cooked beef on top. Season with garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt. - Fold and cut:
Fold the dough over to cover the filling. Gently press down and cut into strips using a sharp knife or pizza cutter. - Twist and top:
Twist each strip and lay them on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and chili powder if using. - Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and crisp around the edges. - Serve hot:
Serve warm with a side of marinara or creamy queso dip for the ultimate bite.
