Ingredients:
Pistachio Paste:
1 cup shelled, unsalted pistachios 🌰
1 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk 🥛
Mascarpone Cream:
1 cup heavy cream, chilled 🥄
½ cup granulated sugar
8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened 🧀

1 cup strong espresso or coffee, cooled ☕
2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional) 🍶
18–20 ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi) 🍪

Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Pistachio Paste:
In a food processor, blend the pistachios, powdered sugar, and milk until a smooth paste forms. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Mascarpone Cream:
In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the mascarpone, vanilla extract, and pistachio paste until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Prepare the Coffee Mixture:
In a shallow bowl, mix the espresso with coffee liqueur (if using).
4️⃣ Assemble the Tiramisu:
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture—just a quick dip to avoid sogginess.
Arrange a single layer of dipped ladyfingers in an 8×8-inch dish.
Spread half of the pistachio mascarpone cream over the layer and smooth the top.
Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining cream. Smooth the surface.
5️⃣ Chill & Serve:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, for the best flavor.
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chopped pistachios for an elegant finish.
