An ultra-creamy, flavor-packed comfort dish featuring jumbo pasta shells loaded with a rich, cheesy chicken Alfredo filling—perfect for cozy dinners or when you want to impress.
Ingredients:
- 21 jumbo pasta shells
- 1½ cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1½ cups cottage cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the Pasta:
Boil the jumbo shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and let them cool slightly so they’re easier to handle.
3. Mix the Filling:
In a large bowl, blend together the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Stir until smooth and creamy.
4. Fill the Shells:
Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and arrange them in your baking dish, open side up.
5. Add the Sauce & Cheese:
Evenly pour Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells, making sure they’re nicely coated. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella on top.
6. Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
7. Garnish & Serve:
Take it out of the oven and top with dried parsley. Serve hot and dig into that cheesy, creamy goodness.
