Ingredients
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt & black pepper, to taste
12 oz pasta shells
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sear the Steak Bites
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Sear until browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Set aside and keep warm. - Cook the Pasta
Boil the pasta shells in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well. - Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
In a separate saucepan over low heat, warm the heavy cream. Stir in the grated Parmesan and whisk until smooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water to adjust consistency. - Combine the Pasta and Sauce
Toss the cooked shells in the creamy Parmesan sauce until evenly coated. - Serve and Garnish
Plate the creamy shells alongside the garlic butter steak bites. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a touch of color and flavor. Optional: Add an extra dusting of Parmesan on top.
