📋 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite shape)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta 🍝
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Sear the Steak 🔥
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add steak pieces and sear for 5–7 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté the Shrimp & Veggies 🧄
Add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the skillet. Sauté the onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 1 minute until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3–5 minutes.

4. Make the Creamy Sauce 🥄
Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring gently until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Combine & Serve 🍽
Return the cooked steak and pasta to the skillet. Toss everything until well-coated in the creamy sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley or Parmesan if desired.
