These quick & easy garlic chicken wraps are loaded with gooey cheese and bold flavor—perfect for lunch, dinner, or on-the-go cravings!


Ingredients (Makes 4 wraps)

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ cup sour cream (optional, for creamier texture)
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil (for toasting wraps)
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sauté the Garlic:
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for ~30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Cook the Chicken Mixture:
    Add chicken, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for 3–4 minutes until warmed through.
  3. Melt the Cheese:
    Remove from heat. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and optional sour cream. Stir until melted and creamy.
  4. Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay tortillas flat. Spoon the cheesy chicken mix into the center, fold in the sides, and roll tightly like a burrito.
  5. Toast the Wraps:
    Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve & Enjoy:
    Slice in half, garnish if desired, and serve warm with salad, sweet potato fries, or your favorite dipping sauce (like ranch or garlic aioli).

Want extra crunch? Add some crushed tortilla chips or crispy bacon bits to the filling before wrapping!
