Air Fryer Chicken Alfredo Calzones

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Olive oil spray

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Divide pizza dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece into a 6–7-inch circle on a floured surface.

Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one half of each dough circle, leaving about ½ inch around the edge.

Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape. Press edges firmly with a fork to seal.

Lightly brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place 2 calzones in the basket at a time (do not overcrowd).

Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving. Repeat with remaining calzones.
