
Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp Bites
Surf and turf perfection in every juicy, garlicky bite.
Ingredients:
300g sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into cubes
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Lemon wedges, for serving
Directions:
Prep the Protein:
Pat steak and shrimp dry with paper towels. Season both generously with salt and pepper.
Sear the Steak:
In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp butter and the shrimp. Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and curled. Remove and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter:
Melt remaining butter in the pan, then stir in minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Finish & Serve:
Return steak and shrimp to the pan, toss to coat in garlic butter. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
