½ cup all-purpose flour
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1½ tsp garlic powder
2 chicken breasts, halved into 4 fillets 🍗

2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈

2 tbsp unsalted butter 🧈
8 oz mushrooms, sliced 🍄
6 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
¾ cup dry Marsala wine 🍷
1¼ cup chicken stock 🍗
¾ cup heavy whipping cream 🥛
2½ tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

1️⃣ Prepare the Chicken:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
2️⃣ Pan-Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil & butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the chicken fillets for 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Transfer to a plate and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Marsala Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter.
Add mushrooms and cook until browned. Stir in garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in Marsala wine and chicken stock, then bring to a simmer. Let it reduce for about 15 minutes until thickened.
4️⃣ Finish & Serve:
Stir in heavy cream and return the chicken fillets to the pan.
Simmer for a few minutes until the chicken is heated through and coated in the sauce.
