Big Mac Wraps

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef (80/20 fat ratio works best)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Four large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped dill pickles
½ cup diced onion
½ cup Big Mac-style sauce (recipe below)

Big Mac-Style Sauce:

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 tablespoons finely chopped pickles
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Stir the beef often and break it into small pieces. Cook until browned, about 8–10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Refrain from using, and set aside in the refrigerator.
Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
Spread 1–2 tablespoons of sauce on each tortilla. Add the cooked beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on top.
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly into a burrito shape.
For a crispy edge, place the seam side down in a hot skillet or press for 1–2 minutes.
Cut the wraps in half and serve with extra sauce on the side.

Preparation takes about 15 minutes.
Cooking takes 10 minutes.
Total time is 25 minutes.
Each wrap has around 510 calories.
This recipe makes four wraps.
