Juicy sirloin steak, tender potatoes, and savory garlic-seasoned veggies all roasted together in foil for the ultimate one-packet wonder. Perfect for weeknight dinners, BBQs, or camping nights!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
- 2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish) 🌿
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prep:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Tear off four large sheets of aluminum foil and set aside.
2. Mix Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, red bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add in steak cubes and toss everything together again.
3. Assemble Packets:
- Divide the mixture evenly among the four foil sheets.
- Fold each into a tightly sealed packet, folding the edges inward to prevent leaks.
4. Bake:
- Place foil packets on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked to your liking.
5. Serve:
- Carefully open the foil packets—watch out for steam!
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot!
