🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
- 4 medium potatoes, diced into small cubes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
👨🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Crisp the Potatoes
• Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
• Add diced potatoes in a single layer and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crispy and golden.
• Remove from skillet and set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Steaks
• In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter.
• Season steaks generously with salt and pepper.
• Sear for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to your doneness).
3️⃣ Infuse the Butter
• Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the skillet.
• Let the remaining butter (2 tbsp) melt and spoon the garlic-herb butter over the steaks to baste.
• Cook for another 1–2 minutes, then remove steaks to rest.
4️⃣ Finish the Potatoes
• Return crispy potatoes to the skillet.
• Toss them in the leftover garlic butter and herbs for 2–3 minutes until flavorful and sizzling.
