Ingredients You’ll Need

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 slices provolone cheese, quartered
1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Cook the Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
Toss in the steak, chopped onion, and bell pepper.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned and the veggies are tender.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

2. Prepare the Dough
