🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the lamb chops generously with salt, pepper, and chopped rosemary.
- Sear the Lamb:
In the hot skillet, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add lamb chops and cook for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove and set aside. - Sauté the Veggies:
