
🥩 One-Pot Zesty Steak Pasta – Bold, Creamy, & Ready in Minutes! 🍝🔥
Tender steak strips, al dente pasta, and a spicy tomato-beef broth come together in one pot for the ultimate no-fuss comfort dish!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli recommended)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Sear the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
Add steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Remove steak and set aside.
2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies:
In the same pot, add a bit more oil if needed.
Sauté onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until soft and fragrant (3–4 min).
3️⃣ Build the Base:
Stir in diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Bring to a gentle simmer.
4️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
Add pasta and stir to combine.
Cover and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most liquid is absorbed.
5️⃣ Finish it Off:
Return the steak to the pot and stir to combine.
Add grated Parmesan and mix until melted and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve:
Top with fresh parsley and serve hot!
