One-Pot Smoky Honey BBQ Steak Pasta

Ready in just 30 minutes, this hearty and flavorful pasta dish is perfect for weeknight dinners. Fewer dishes, more flavor!


🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni works great!)
  • 1½ cups beef broth
  • ½ cup honey BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

👨‍🍳 Directions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and sear until browned, 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
3. Pour in the pasta, beef broth, and honey BBQ sauce. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until pasta is tender and the sauce is rich and thick.
5. Return steak to the pan, add cheddar cheese, and stir until everything is creamy and delicious.
6. Top with parsley and serve hot!

Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick or a swirl of sour cream for extra creaminess!
