Lobster Ravioli in Garlic Butter Sauce

A restaurant-worthy dish in just 20 minutes!
Delicate lobster ravioli tossed in a rich, buttery garlic cream sauce with a hint of lemon and Parmesan—simple, elegant, and bursting with flavor.


Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 (9 oz) package lobster ravioli (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the Ravioli:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add lobster ravioli and cook according to package instructions (usually 3–4 minutes). Drain and set aside.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it brown).

3️⃣ Build the Creamy Sauce:
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes if using. Season with salt and black pepper. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

4️⃣ Toss & Serve:
Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat. Let it cook for another 1–2 minutes to absorb the flavors.

5️⃣ Garnish & Enjoy:
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.


Chef’s Tip:

For extra decadence, drizzle a touch of truffle oil just before serving—or top with seared scallops for a surf & surf twist!
