Juicy Beef Pepper Steak 🥩🌶️

Tender beef strips, colorful peppers & a rich savory glaze!

This quick and easy stir-fry is packed with flavor, vibrant colors, and satisfying textures—perfect for a weeknight dinner that feels restaurant-worthy!


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (red & green), sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Marinate the Beef:
In a bowl, combine the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water. Mix well and let it marinate for 10–15 minutes.

2️⃣ Sear the Beef:
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef and sauté until it browns (about 2–3 minutes). Remove and set aside.

3️⃣ Cook the Veggies:
In the same pan, toss in the sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until they become tender-crisp, about 3–4 minutes.

4️⃣ Combine & Finish:
Return the beef to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens and coats the meat and veggies.

5️⃣ Serve Hot:
Serve immediately over a bed of steamed white rice or jasmine rice for a comforting, full-flavor meal!


💡 Tip:

Add a splash of sesame oil or a pinch of crushed red pepper for extra depth and a hint of heat!
