Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Tender, juicy pork glazed in a sticky-sweet garlic sauce—perfect for a cozy dinner or a special occasion!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pork tenderloins (~1 lb each)
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (or water)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Pork:
    Season pork tenderloins with salt.
  2. Sear:
Heat a bit of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side).
  3. Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, soy sauce, and garlic.
  4. Simmer:
Pour the glaze over the pork in the skillet. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Thicken the Sauce:
Remove pork from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Stir the cornstarch into the sauce and simmer uncovered for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Serve:
Slice the pork into medallions and drizzle with the honey garlic glaze. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Serving Suggestions:

Pair it with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or steamed rice for a full meal.
