
Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Tenderloin
Tender, juicy pork glazed in a sticky-sweet garlic sauce—perfect for a cozy dinner or a special occasion!
Ingredients:
- 2 pork tenderloins (~1 lb each)
- ⅔ cup honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup chicken broth (or water)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Prep the Pork:
Season pork tenderloins with salt. - Sear:
Heat a bit of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork on all sides until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side). - Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, soy sauce, and garlic. - Simmer:
Pour the glaze over the pork in the skillet. Cover and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). - Thicken the Sauce:
Remove pork from the skillet and set aside to rest.
Stir the cornstarch into the sauce and simmer uncovered for 2–3 minutes until thickened. - Serve:
Slice the pork into medallions and drizzle with the honey garlic glaze. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
