- 40g (about ⅓ cup) grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
🔥 Instructions
1. Cook the Wings:
In the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C), fan setting if possible.
- In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
In the air fryer:
- Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
- Air fry wings for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and cooked through.
2. Make the Sauce:

- Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it brown).
- Remove from heat, stir in parmesan and parsley.
3. Coat & Serve:
- Place hot wings in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the garlic-parmesan butter over them and toss well to coat.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges or ranch dipping sauce.
