✨ Ingredients

For the wings:

  • 1 kg (about 2.2 lbs) chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

For the garlic parmesan butter sauce:

  • 50g (about 3.5 tbsp) unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 40g (about ⅓ cup) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Wings:

In the oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C), fan setting if possible.
  • In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.

In the air fryer:

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
  • Air fry wings for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and cooked through.

2. Make the Sauce:

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let it brown).
  • Remove from heat, stir in parmesan and parsley.

3. Coat & Serve:

  • Place hot wings in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the garlic-parmesan butter over them and toss well to coat.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges or ranch dipping sauce.

💡 Pro Tip: Sprinkle a little extra parmesan on top right before serving for that cheesy finish!
