📌 Ingredients

For the Flatbread Base:

  • 2 pieces of naan or flatbread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Cajun Cream Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt, to taste

For the Shrimp:

  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Dash of lemon juice

Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed or blanched
  • 1/4 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Shrimp

  • Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and lemon juice.
  • Sear in a hot skillet with oil or butter for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the Cajun Cream Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning. Let it cook until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Step 3: Build the Flatbread

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Spread a layer of the Cajun cream sauce over each flatbread.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Arrange shrimp, broccoli, and bell pepper slices on top.

Step 4: Bake
