Mashed Potatoes:

1️⃣ Make the Mashed Potatoes:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the cubed potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until fork-tender.
- Drain and return to pot.
- Add butter, heavy cream, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Mash until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
2️⃣ Sear the Chicken & Steak:
- Season both chicken breasts and steaks with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Sear the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (or adjust to preferred doneness).
- Remove from heat and set aside.
3️⃣ Assemble the Bake:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, spread the mashed potatoes evenly on the bottom.
- Place the cooked chicken breasts and steaks on top.
- In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, remaining cheddar cheese, and Parmesan.
- Sprinkle the cheese-garlic mixture over the proteins.
