🛒 Ingredients:

Proteins:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Mashed Potatoes:

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

1️⃣ Make the Mashed Potatoes:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the cubed potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, or until fork-tender.
  • Drain and return to pot.
  • Add butter, heavy cream, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  • Mash until creamy and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

2️⃣ Sear the Chicken & Steak:

  • Season both chicken breasts and steaks with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook the chicken breasts for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Sear the steaks for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare (or adjust to preferred doneness).
  • Remove from heat and set aside.

3️⃣ Assemble the Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a baking dish, spread the mashed potatoes evenly on the bottom.
  • Place the cooked chicken breasts and steaks on top.
  • In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, remaining cheddar cheese, and Parmesan.
  • Sprinkle the cheese-garlic mixture over the proteins.

  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
