📝 Ingredients:

For the fritters:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups chopped apples (peeled – Granny Smith or Honeycrisp work great)

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
